How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders regardless of purchase amount are carefully wrapped within secure packaging. In addition all order are shipped via USPS and is insured.

No. We do not ship to a P.O Box address.

How do I return or exchange products ?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any collection piece, within 3 days of purchase date. You will receive a credit of the original purchase amount towards the purchase of another collection piece. (shipping fees are non refundable). Please note: - that the merchandise must be undamaged. - collection piece is in original packaging. If you receive damaged merchandise, or merchandise that is incorrect, you must contact your client agent within 48hrs of recieving your collection piece. Claims after 48hrs will not be processed. Our return process is simple, please follow the below instruction. 1. Obtain Return Authorization Number. You can do this by contacting your client agent. 2. Ship Your Returned collection piece: Remember to include your “Return Authorization Number”(RAN) with your returned shipment, wrap and seal the package securely, in its original packaging, then ship to the our address. For your protection, we recommend that you use United states Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation or registered mail. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, your request will be processed immediately.
